1. Delivery Zones We currently ship to the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany.
2. Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany: 3–5 business days
These are indicative timeframes. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and circumstances beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, weather disruptions).
3. Carriers We ship with DPD (our default carrier), bpost, and PostNL, depending on your location and the nature of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
5. Order Processing Orders are typically processed within [1–2 business days] of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
