1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of the Extruva.eu online store. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. Extruva.eu is operated in accordance with Belgian law and EU consumer protection regulations.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are only confirmed once you receive a written order confirmation by email.

3. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at RMA@extruva.eu . Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment We accept the following payment methods: Bancontact/Visa/Master Card/ Paypal. Payment is due at the time of order. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Delivery Delivery times are indicative and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Warranty & Complaints As a Belgian consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all products under Belgian law (Book VI of the Code of Economic Law). If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@extruva.eu. If unresolved, you may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (www.mediationconsommateur.be).

7. Liability Extruva.eu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Extruva.eu and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
